CynergisTek, Diebold partner on security

NORTH CANTON, OH – Diebold, Inc. has partnered with Austin-based healthcare IT security firm CynergisTek to launch a new portfolio of on-demand and managed security solutions.

The solutions portfolio builds upon CynergisTek’s decade-plus of service to the healthcare industry and Diebold’s century-and-a-half of expertise in the security industry. The two firms are targeting the the jointly developed solutions at the emerging compliance and operational requirements of today’s healthcare enterprise.

The Diebold and CynergisTek portfolio marries traditional assessment, audit and technical remediation with sophisticated 24×7 managed security solutions, to include IDS/IPS and log management/SIEM monitoring. Both companies are dedicated to delivering solutions that are customized specifically for each client environment with attention to business operations, resources and risk tolerance. Special emphasis on access control, ongoing risk management, data protection strategies, and incident response are reflected in the solutions portfolio.
